Why visit
A compact South Bohemian village square lined with exceptionally preserved rural Baroque farmsteads. The village retains a traditional medieval ground plan and a coherent ensemble of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century farmhouses, recognised by UNESCO. It is included because it adds a distinctive experience to a realistic Holašovice or regional itinerary rather than acting as a filler stop.
