Tharros Archaeological Site is an archaeological site in or near Cabras where surviving structures and material remains reveal earlier phases of Italian and Mediterranean history. Tharros developed as a Phoenician and later Carthaginian and Roman settlement on the Sinis Peninsula, leaving layered remains beside the Sardinian coast.
