Mostnica Gorge adds a specific gorge, hiking, river experience to a Slovenia itinerary. Narrow gorge with sculpted rock, clear pools and managed entry near Stara Fužina. A realistic allowance of about 150 minutes covers the core visit, orientation and a modest buffer. Group it with other places around Stara Fužina to avoid repeated parking, unnecessary transfers or backtracking.

History
The Mostnica has cut through limestone above Bohinj, producing potholes and the well-known elephant-shaped rock formation.
